At Tialey Vintage we are dedicated to bringing you quality, authentic vintage clothing and accessories. All items are hand-picked & inspected for any flaws before being offered for sale. We do our very best to describe each item accurately and provide clear detailed photos.
About Our Items
Please keep in mind this is the real deal, decades old - vintage pieces are pre-worn, pre-loved and once in awhile, slightly imperfect. These tiny issues don't diminish the beauty or wearability of an item, rather they add to the unique charm and character. We love vintage for it's connection to the past, of memories or imagination. If an item you see makes your heart skip a beat, remember it is most likely one of a kind, don't let it get away!
Occasionally we may have modern pieces and a few items dating into the early 1990's. If we are certain of an era it will be noted in the description. Items may show small signs of wear, hems may have been altered, buttons replaced or minor repairs done. Any noticeable issues are noted in the description but sometimes small things can be overlooked. Please see our condition chart for more detailed information.
Items may or may not have been cleaned by us depending on need, fabric and appropriate cleaning method. Be assured that all lingerie and swimsuits have been washed by us. We will spot clean and mend items when necessary. We always recommend that our customers launder or dry clean all clothing before wearing.

Your information is NEVER sold to anyone and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. In the event you forget your password, Tialey Vintage will send a new temporary password to the registered email address. Upon receiving your new temporary password, you should change it in your ‘my account’ tab.
Payment
We currently accept payments through Paypal which includes credit and debit cards as well as echecks and bank transfers. You will be redirected to Paypal to complete your purchase. Your financial information is secured by Paypal and never seen by anyone at Tialey Vintage. We do not accept any personal or business checks, money orders, direct card information or bank transfers at this time.
Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment. Orders place after 12 pm MST (AZ) are processed the following business day. Estimated delivery times are from the time a package leaves our warehouse. Once a package is out of our hands and in transit there could be delays due to the postal service or for international packages, customs. Sometimes bulky or odd shaped items when purchased with additional items will require special packaging or shipping methods. Tialey Vintage may substitute a shipping method or request additional postage on these very rare occasions.
Shipping | Domestic
To determine the cost of shipping add your desired items to the cart and use the fast and easy shipping calculator to receive a quote. Packages are shipped within the USA via USPS Mail Service. Delivery confirmation is included. For overnight delivery to most addresses, as well as delivery on Sundays and Holidays, we recommend Express mail. Express shipping requests are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment. All orders over $250. will require signature confirmation.
'Free standard shipping' when offered will be sent using the lowest cost shipping method for the size and weight package. Our preferred carrier is USPS but may use UPS when necessary. You will have the option at checkout to choose a different shipping method which will be charged accordingly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us to request insurance and we will adjust your invoice to reflect the upgraded shipping rate.
Shipping | International
We love our international customers and have been shipping packages worldwide since 2003. Currently we ship to most countries in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Please be aware that due to postal restrictions some items may be prohibited and orders may be canceled. To determine the cost of shipping to your country add your desired items to the cart and use the fast and easy shipping calculator to receive a quote. If you think the calculation is in error, please contact us with a list of your desired items and your country.
For international purchases we ship via USPS First Class Mail, Priority and Express Mail. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically First Class mail arrives in 1-2 weeks and does not include tracking but it is a low cost method. Priority mail arrives in 6-10 days but includes tracking. Express mail is available and arrives within 5 days to most countries, both tracking and signature confirmation is included. If 1-3 day delivery or date guaranteed is needed please contact us for a shipping quote. Tialey Vintage reserves the right to substitute shipping methods when limited by the package size and/or weight.
Customs fees, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please do not ask us to mark a package as a gift. Proper customs forms are filled out with accurate information and prices paid, excluding shipping fees.
Coupons/Discounts
Looking to save a little money? Sign up for our newsletter, become a fan on facebook or follow us on twitter and be the first to see new items and receive exclusive discounts. Coupon or discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and are not valid on previous purchases. Most discounts are only valid for one time use. Discounts can not be combined. Free shipping offers are valid for US addresses only.
Returns
All our items have been carefully inspected and accurately described. Some items may have been hand washed, dry cleaned or spot treated though it is recommended that items be cleaned by the appropriate method before wearing. We want you to be happy and know exactly what you are getting. Please ask questions before purchase. We do not accept returns due to fit. Measurements are listed for each item and should be used to determine proper fit.
If you feel we have grossly misrepresented an item and need to make a return, simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please include your invoice number in the email along with your reason for return. Once you are given a return authorization simply return the item promptly in the same great condition as you received it. We recommend shipping the item with a tracking number as we can not be responsible for items not received. Make sure to insure the package for the trip. Once we get it back your refund will be issued. Sorry, return shipping charges are not refundable.
Currency Conversion
All prices on our site are listed and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the payment site you have chosen and/or your bank.

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Privacy
Information we collect from you, name, email address and shipping address assists us in processing your orders. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Your payment information is also securely entered at Paypal. We never have your financial information at any time. As with most online merchants, we do use cookies for your shopping cart to enhance your shopping and browsing experience. Our email newsletter is sent no more than once per week and only to those who have subscribed via the form.
